The company is new. I am not.
That is the honest version, and it is worth saying before anything else, because you are going to work it out anyway and it is better coming from me.
What Alwarda Tech actually is
A Dubai-licensed company that builds websites, web applications and business systems. One person doing the scoping, the building and the answering of the phone, with a small delivery team behind him.
It is deliberately small. That is what makes a fixed price possible, and it is why you will never be handed to an account manager who was not in the room when the work was agreed.
Who I am
I started building for the web in the late nineties, as a teenager. I have been doing it professionally since 2002.
Most of that has been business systems rather than brochure sites. Order taking, dispatch, deliveries and payments, mainly for taxi firms and restaurants, years before the delivery apps arrived. Back then there was nothing to buy. If a restaurant wanted to take an order and get it to a driver and get paid for it, somebody had to build that, and it had to work on a Friday night.
That is why I build systems rather than websites that only look like something. I learned this trade in places where the software was load-bearing: if the dispatch screen went down, food went cold and drivers stopped earning. It is a useful thing to have learned early, and it is the reason I ask so many questions before I quote.

Where I actually am
The company is Dubai-licensed with an office in Deira. I split my time between the UK and Dubai.
That is deliberate rather than a compromise. Most of the work comes from UK clients who want a UAE-licensed supplier, and being in both places is the reason I can be useful to them: a compliant UAE invoice, a UK timezone for the calls that matter, and someone who can sit across a table in Dubai when it counts.
I am not going to tell you I am permanently in one place. Plenty of suppliers would.
The company, verifiably
Not impressive. Just checkable, which is the point.

The licensed activities genuinely match the work sold. That sounds like a technicality until you need an invoice your accounts department will accept, or until a supplier cannot produce a licence at all.
What I am not going to pretend
There is no client logo wall on this site, and there will not be a fabricated one. The company is new. When there are clients happy to be named, they will be named, with their permission, and not before.
What you can judge me on in the meantime: how I scope the work, what I put in writing, what I refuse to sell you, and whether this site does what it says. How I work
That is a fair test. It is also a harder one than a page of logos.
